Returns & Policies


Return Policy : We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for STORE CREDIT. Returns must be in the original condition in which they were sent. This means scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in pristine condition. Please include your packing slip with the return. If you cannot find it, you can print your order confirmation email to include in the return. Any returns sent after the 15 day period will be denied. Sale items are final and cannot be returned for store credit. This also includes accessories. The customer is responsible for return postage. 

 

Store Credit for Returns : We do not issue refunds. Instead, you will be issued Store Credit via an E-Gift Card. The store credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected. Only regular priced items can be returned for credit. Unfortunately, sale items and accessories cannot be returned.

Do we offer return labels?

The customer is responsible for return labels and shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

Can I make a return past the 15 day period for store credit? 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for credit past the 15 day policy.

Exchanges : If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us within the 15 day policy. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit with which you can order your desired size. Final Sale : All sale items and accessories are final sale. All items kept past the 15 day mark are considered final sale as well. 

 

Other Info : We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. 

 

Breakables : If you receive something that is broken and you'd like to send it back, please provide photo documentation within 3 days of receiving. There will be no store credits if the photo documentation is received after 3 days of delivery. The item will also need to be returned within our 15 day policy.
